Our story
Two families,
one way of
working.
Trimross Developments Ltd was founded in 2025 as a partnership between the McLoughlin and Moffatt families — two families with a shared history in construction and a shared belief in building things properly. Between them, our directors bring more than 40 years of combined experience in the industry, gained across Ireland, Europe and Australia.
Trimross is a new name. The experience behind it is not. Our team has already delivered a number of well-regarded projects in this region under previous ventures, including Hawthorne Crescent in Carrick-on-Shannon, The Fairways in Dromod, and Drumhierny Woodland Hideaway in Leitrim Village. Trimross brings the same experience, the same standards and the same people together under one roof.

Between them, our directors have worked every stage of the development process — site acquisition, design, construction and handover — built on decades of hands-on work on the ground.
Every Trimross development is overseen directly by a director. That is the point of a family partnership: there is always someone whose name is on it.
